Ready for Winter? Nope!

Winter weather is upon us, and as usual there are lots of projects we should have completed by not, not the least of which is getting wood chopped and put up. With fuel prices as crazy as they are, it’s a good thing we all like to sleep in cold bedrooms with lots of blankets and warm dogs. Our home is heated with an oil furnace, so the hard work of getting wood chopped and split will certainly help save some money!

Another project I was hoping to get done was re-doing the shelter in the buck pen. That one will have to wait for second summer, which will hopefully happen before Halloween. Idaho weather is crazy.
